After graduating from the University of Vermont, Donna had a highly successful career in finance in New York City while raising her children in Rye, NY. During years of packing up the kids to visit family and friends in Vermont, the Calders always enjoyed the cultural, educational and outdoor activities that the Dorset and Manchester areas offer. Living in their “special place” in the East Dorset community for the past 6 years has allowed Donna to fully participate and launch her second full time career. As she comments: “We are living in and experiencing a markedly different real estate environment and I am committed to helping my clients achieve their desires and goals in a timely fashion, whether buying or selling”. Donna always looks forward to having the opportunity to combine the skills, experiences and passions she developed in the world of finance and apply her analytical, marketing and negotiating strengths to help her real estate clients.
At a recent real estate seminar, the leader aptly described Donna as “smart, upbeat and has a great drive to be good at whatever she does”. Let Donna show you how her enthusiasm, commitment and passion for excellence will make your real estate experience become a pleasant, professional and fun process in meeting your goals and exceeding your expectations.

Jerry joined Phoenix Commercial five years ago after a national accounts career in sales and marketing. Successful selling requires being a good listener and asking the appropriate questions. This discipline has been an important aspect in bringing his buyers and sellers to the closing agreement with a smile.
After graduation from Lawrence University, being a pilot in the Air Force Strategic Air Command and working in National Account Sales, Jerry started his own New England company. Twelve years later sold his business and moved to Manchester, Vt.
Understanding his buyer's needs and seller's business and property continues to be a very rewarding career.
