Teresa DiNapoli: Managing Broker

Terry joined us in March of 2005 as the Managing Broker of the new Ludlow office location, after running a successful property management and real estate firm in the Okemo area. As a previous second homeowner of an Okemo Mountain condominium, Terry and her family moved to Vermont so that her three children could enjoy the benefits of the Okemo Mountain School. Now that two of her children attend New England colleges, Terry remains committed to sharing her experiences with newcomers to the area, whether they are vacationers looking for a Vermont Retreat for their family or full time homeowners transitioning to a Vermont lifestyle of their own. Terry states, "I enjoy working with buyers and sellers and I am very knowledgeable about this region, beyond the borders of the resort." With a background of over 10 years in International Banking on Wall Street, her technical and organizational skills have translated into a long list of successful transactions. Terry has been a board member of the Okemo Mountain Alpine Racing Association (OMARA) for over ten years (www.go2omara.com) and is an active member of the Ludlow Garden Club. With interests that include cooking, gardening, skiing, running, hiking and snowshoeing, you will find Terry when she is not showing property, out and about!

Debra has called Vermont home since 1999, when she and her family moved to Vermont after many years of managing golf resorts on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and Amelia Island and St. Augustine, Florida. When considering the combination of Vermont’s natural beauty and the overall high quality of life, the decision to move to Vermont was an easy one. As a Realtor, Debra enjoys helping others make a lifestyle transition or find the perfect Vermont vacation property suited to their needs. One of Debra’s many strengths is vast market knowledge regarding the various towns and villages of Southern Vermont-–not just the Okemo Valley. Jennifer is originally from Darien, Connecticut, where she began her career in real estate. In 2002, Jennifer and her family moved to Vermont full time. Now living in a historic 126 acre farm located in Andover, that required extensive renovation, Jennifer enjoys the renovation process, golf, snowshoeing, hiking and equestrian sports. A graduate of the University Of Connecticut with a degree in marketing, Jennifer uses her education, background and engaging personality to help others achieve what she and her family call the "perfect lifestyle: living and working in a place that everyone else dreams about!" Born in England, Kate was raised in Ohio and at the age of 16 returned to London to complete her dance studies, followed by ten years of touring Europe and Asia, as a soloist with London Ballet Theatre. Kate has spent the past twenty years designing, building, renovating and selling private homes and hotels in the property market across the UK, as well as Cape Cod and in Vermont. “I have a wealth of knowledge and first hand experience of managing vacation homes in the Okemo area through my business, Strictly Rentals. Offering sound advice, practical solutions, as well as rental income potential to an out-of-state buyer, looking for the perfect Vermont vacation home or investment property is hugely satisfying to me as a Realtor.” Kate is a confessed property addict but also enjoys landscape and interior design, music and travel. Kate is currently writing a novel, as well as renovating a 200 year old cape and barn. Kate’s grown son Oliver is an aspiring screenplay writer/director in the UK.

Originally from Rye, New York, Kathleen raised five children in Ludlow. An enthusiast for marketing and business, Kathleen spent a good portion of the 90's as the President of the Ludlow Area Chamber of Commerce. Kathleen is thankful everyday for her family, friends and co-workers that help make her Vermont Experience one that she looks forward to sharing every day.

Daphne has re-joined Vermont Country Properties Sotheby’s International Realty after a two year hiatus in Ligonier, PA. Previously associated with the Manchester office, Daphne is now working out of the Ludlow office, representing buyers and sellers throughout Central Vermont. Daphne and her family now reside in Woodstock, Vermont where her husband is the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Woodstock Inn. Both of Daphne’s daughters attend Millbrook School in Millbrook NY, leaving time to play tennis, ski, garden and take long walks with their dogs. Daphne is thrilled to be back in Vermont and actively working in real estate.
